Adjust the Fire Detector Sensitivity

Adjust Detector Sensitivity

All laser modules for D1 Pro are equipped with a flame detector (see the picture below). When there is a fire during the processing, the detector will sense it and trigger the buzzer. You should also see an alarm message on the XCS software.

Sometimes, due to environmental condition, the detector may not get sufficient feedback from the surroundings to sense a fire, or gets too much and trigger the buzzer when there isn't a fire. You can adjust the sensitivity of the detector to make the detection more accurate.

You can adjust it when you connect your machine with XCS software. At the top right corner of the software, click on the wheel sign -> Working parameters -> Flam alarm, and choose from high and low sensitivity.
