Issue Description

When you want to know the shipping update of your order, please follow the instructions below.
 

1. xTool.com

Log in to the website xTool.com.
 

2. Track My Order

Click "Support", and then "Track My Order".

3. Input Information

Input your order number and email address.
  1. If your order has been shipped, the tracking number and logistics details will show up.
  2. If you can't find the tracking number after three working days, please contact us at vicky@xtool.com for further advice.
