How to Redeem XCC Reward Points

Issue Description

When you add the goods to the cart in the xTool blog center, the XCC reward points option won't show up, or you can't pay with the reward points. Please refer to the instructions below to redeem the points.

Note: 

1. Please log in to the website with your XCC account first.
2. If your xTool blog center account is different from the XCC account, please log into the xTool blog center with the XCC account.
3. Please don't use Shop Pay or Google Pay to place the order and please log in to the website with your XCC account, thanks.

 

#1 Pick Your Favorite Product

Note: Choose M1 for example.

 

#2 Add It to Cart

 

#3 Proceed to Checkout

Click "PROCEED TO Checkout" in the lower right corner.

 

#4 Input the Shipping Address

1. Log in to the website with your XCC account.
2. Input the email and shipping address.

Note: Please don't use Shop Pay or Google Pay to place the order. Because points cannot be deployed on third-party payment software.

 

#5 Credit Card

Choose a credit card as the payment method, and input related information.

Note: XCC membership points can only be used for crediting orders during the regular login process.

 

#6 Input XCC Reward Points

1. Click "Apply", and the website will prompt "Redeem".
2. Input your XCC reward points and click "Redeem."
3. Then it will be deducted from the total amount.

Note: Make sure you have logged into your XCC account before inputing the rewards points.
