The Laser Engraving Image Is Worse with the Air Assist Set

Issue Description

If you use the air assist set, the engraving image has yellow or black burn marks. Please read this article to troubleshoot.

Cause

With the air assist set, the processing material will be greatly burned due to the higher-power laser, and the engraving image will change.

Solution

It's recommended to use the air assist set only for laser cutting.

Remove the air nozzle and power off the air pump for laser engraving.
