The Engraved Patterns Are Unclear

Issue Description

The engraved patterns are shallow, blurred, or carbonized.

Possible Causes

#1 Low Picture Resolution

Increase the resolution or replace the picture.

#2: Improper Power and Speed Settings

1. Use the recommended parameters if the material is on the material list of XCS.
2. For other materials, refer to the link to get the proper parameters.

#3 Engraving Density

As the engraving density increases, the material is processed with higher laser energy. Some materials that are easily engraved, such as basswood plywood and leather, should be processed in a smaller power when the engraving density is improved. Otherwise, the material may be carbonized.
