The Processing Path Does Not Overlap With the Image Position on XCS

Issue Description

When the camera restarts after processing, the image on XCS does not overlap with the captured processing path.
Note: xTool M1 is equipped with fisheye cameras. The image captured by the camera can be transferred to a planar graph after being processed by the algorithm. Minor deviations can hardly be eliminated. The farther a design element is away from the camera and the farther the surface of the material to be processed is away from the baseplate, the greater the deviation is.

#1 Check the Processing Position With the Framing Function

  1. Use the framing function on XCS to preview the processing area.
  2. Ensure that the expected area of the material is processed.
If the issue persists, please move on to the next step.

#2 Move the Material to Be Processed

Place the material to be processed as close to the camera as possible, and try again.
If the issue persists, move on to the next step.

#3 Check the Surface of the Material

Make sure that the surface of the material is flat.

#4 Check the Height of the Processed Material

  1. Lower the height of the processed material.
  2. Do not use the triangular prism.
  3. Try to process it in laser plane mode.
If the issue persists, move on to the next step.

#5 Check the Camera Calibration

  1. Click the gear in the top right corner.
  2. Go to the setting
  3. Click the "Calibrate" button of "Camera Calibration".
You may also use the shortcut key to calibrate.
  • Windows: Hold Shift+Ctrl+C keys.
  • Mac: Hold Shift+Command+C keys.
