The Desktop Air Purifier Won't Work With F1
Issue Description
If your desktop air purifier stops working after a while, or won't work at all, it is likely due to incorrect installation, obstructed airflow, or a faulty fan motor. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
#1 Check the Top Cover
At one edge of the top cover, there is an sticker indicate the direction.
Make sure the sicker faces the back side of the purifier where the inlets and outlets are located.
#2 Check the Filter Cartridge
When the cartridge accumulates too much dust, the air resistance will increase.
This may eventually cause the fan to stop working. Please try with a new cartridge.
#3 Check the Airflow Passage
When the airway has foreign objects or is blocked, the air resistance will increase.
This may eventually cause the fan to stop working. Please check the following for obstruction.
The air outlet on F1 -> The passage of the air pipe -> The air inlet on the purifier.
Additionally, please expand the air pipe if possible so the air can flow through more easily.
#4 Check the Draught Fan
Take out the filter cartridge and have the purifier work as usual.
If you here the alarm goes off, the fan is faulty. Please replace the fan.
