Qx010 Abnormal water temperature
1.First determine the placement of the laser box and the purifier:
Note: Check whether the purifier and the host are close together and whether the exhaust port is blocked (wrong placement method as shown below)
2.The computer needs to be connected to the network, check whether the version and firmware is the latest version, if not the latest version, update the software to the latest version

2.2 Check if the firmware of Laser Box is up-to-date. If a new version is checked, please update the version. If no new version is checked, the version is already the latest.
3. CTRL+F1 (or: CTRL+FN+F1) to enter the debugging interface, open the pump test items, ear close to the left side of the host face cover to listen to the sound of running water.
3.1 If there is no water flow sound, prove that the pump is not working, you can re-plug the power supply line interface of the pump
If not solved, you can test whether there is voltage at the pump interface on the Y1 board in the power-on state, if so, replace the pump, if not, you need to replace the Y1 board

3.2 If you turn on the water pump, there is the sound of water flowing, proving that the pump is working properly. You can try to unplug the water temperature sensor
If not solved, you can test the Y1 board of the water temperature sensor seat the first leg and the negative terminal of the capacitor is conduction, if conduction replacement Y1 board, if not, test the water temperature sensor seat the first leg to the fifth leg of the chip, if conduction replacement water temperature sensor (tank), if not conduction replacement Y1 board

QX17 Cannot find the camera
1. Update the firmware

2. Try to restart the software and machine; this could solve most of the problems. If this still can not resolve the problem, please do the next step
3. Check whether the pin of the camera control line was fallen off. If it is, re-plug it;
4. Replug the camera interface on the mainboard, which can also change to another interface;
5. Check whether the connecting line is damaged. If it is, replace the connecting line from the camera to the mainboard;

Qx020 The air pump current is abnormal
1. Your computer needs to be connected to the Internet
- Open the laserbox software
- Click the menu bar in the upper left corner, click "Help" in the drop-down menu, and then click "Check for updates."
2. Check whether the air outlet is blocked and clean it.
The air outlet shares the same hole with the laser.
3. Enter the debugging interface(for windows system is 'Ctrl+F1' or 'Ctrl+Fn+F1'; for macOS is 'Command+F1'), clip the 'open button' of an air pump, and listen to whether there is a rattling sound on the right side of the machine. At the same time, put your hand on the light outlet of the laser head to check if there is any wind blowing out. If no rattle or no wind is blowing out, open the right side cover of the machine to check whether the air pump interface on the mainboard is loose, and re-plug the wiring. If the problem is not solved, then go to the next step;
Also, if the air bump sound is quivering indicates the air bump is abnormal.
4. Use a multimeter to measure whether the voltage output of the air pump wiring port on the mainboard is 24V. (Note: make sure the air pump and motherboard are connected during testing.)

If so, it is basically judged that the air pump is breakdown and needs to be replaced; otherwise, the mainboard needs to be replaced.

Qx030 Abnormal water level
1. Your computer needs to be connected to the Internet
Open the laserbox software
Click the menu bar in the upper left corner, click "Help" in the drop-down menu, and then click "Check for updates."
2. Check whether the water level is too low (below the water tank scale 5). If it is too low, the water tank is needed to fill with pure water, to make the water level rise to the scale "5" bar position;
3. Check if the water sensor is dropped off the water tank. If it does not fall off, Continue to the next step
Open the left cover of the machine, check whether the water level sensor is with the red light on while the machine is running: if the red light is on, the sensor is normal; if the red light is not on, check whether the water level sensor is loose from the water tank and whether the connecting port of the water level sensor on the Y1 board is loose, and re-plug it;
4. Take off the water level sensor, adjust the sensitivity by turning the screw knob at the bottom, reduce the sensitivity counterclockwise, usually adjust 2 or 4 turns;
5. Replacewater sensor. If still can not resolve, go ahead replace the Y1 board.

Qx050 Air pressure is too small.
- Update the firmware
- Your computer needs to be connected to the Internet
- Open the laserbox software
- Click the menu bar in the upper left corner, click "Help" in the drop-down menu, and then click "Check for updates."
- Take out the filter and check if the alarm disappears: if the alarm disappears, the filter may be blocked (confirmed with actual working hours); If the alarm does not disappear, it may be the hardware problem of the purifier motor, purifier small board or Y1 board, which need to be replaced.
Qx052 The low voltage version purifier is not connected
Please check whether you have purchased xTool purifier, if you haven't, you need to disable the purifier detection in the software.
If you have purchased one, you may refer to the following steps to make some troubleshooting.
1. Whether the purifier is properly connected to the laserbox.
1) Use 2m smoke exhaust pipe to connect the purifier and lead the smoke exhaust pipe to the window
2) Use 1.5m smoke exhaust pipe to connect the laserbox and the purifier
3) Connect the laserbox and the purifier with the aviation interface cable
4) Connect the power supply
2. Make sure you have the latest software and firmware
The computer needs to be connected to the network, check whether the version and firmware are the latest version, if not, update the software to the latest version.

3. Test if the problem was caused by the filter
Remove the filter from the purifier, then test if laserbox can work properly.
- If it can, replace the filter to see if there is a difference.
- If it can't, please go ahead.
4. Check whether the air inlet and outlet are blocked
- Check whether the two exhaust pipes are bent or blocked first. If it exists, please correct it.
- Remove the smoke inlet and exhaust pipe, then check the laserbox and purifier air inlet and outlet(whether they are blocked). If not, restart the laserbox, and test cutting&engraving.
5. Check the status of the purifier indicator
- The indicator light is bad, the purifier is not energized, re-plug the airline cable connecting the purifier and the laser box. If not solved, replace the airline cable to test.
- The indicator light is always red: close the purifier detection inside the upper computer settings. Then normal cutting, smoke emission is normal, the purifier is not faulty, the laser box does not detect the purifier, it may be the main control board or Y1 board problem.
- The indicator green light is always on: the purifier does not exhaust smoke, you can approach the purifier, try to hear the sound of motor rotation. If you do not hear the sound, it may be the purifier fan or the purifier main control board is bad.
Qx060 RGB control board is offline
1. Update the firmware

- Reboot the machine to see if the system still gives the error code. If still can not solve, do next step.
- Open the lid and turn on the machine. Observe if the led of RGB board is lighted on from the bottom of the ring button, check whether the control line of the RGB control board is loose or broken, replug or replace instead;
- If only the RGB light is not on, the filling light on the right side of the machine is normal, replace the RGB small board;
- If the machine's machine's machine's RGB light and right LED light are not on, consider the abnormal signal transmission of the mainboard, replace the mainboard or RGB control line.
Qx080 The current of the water pump is abnormal
1. Update the firmware

2. Check whether the laser tube is broken; if it is, the antifreeze liquid will flow out to the outer tube, will visibly fill laser tube with liquid, then the laser tube need to be replaced;
3. Enter the debugging interface(for windows system is 'Ctrl+F1' or 'Ctrl+Fn+F1'; for macOS is 'Command+F1'), clip the 'open button' of the water pump, and listen for the sound of running water on the left side of the machine:
If there is a normal sound, it means the water pump is working normally; the problem may be caused by the bad connection of the water pump cable. Open the left cover to check whether the water pump interface on the Y1 board is loose or broken, replug or replace the water pump control line;
If there's an abnormal sound, it may be caused by air entering the water pump. At this time, it is necessary to open the lid of the water tank to pressurize inside the water tank while the machine is on, and then restart the machine;
If there's no sound, it means the water pump or Y1 board is a breakdown and need maintenance or replacement;
4. Replace the mainboard.

Qx090 The current of exhaust fans are both abnormal
1. Update the firmware

2. Open the cover on the left side of the machine to check whether the exhaust fan interface on the Y1 board is loose and re-plug it; The two exhaust fan ports on the Y1 board are universal; when a single fan comes out with failure, you can try to exchange fan figure out whether there is port or fan malfunction;
3. Use a multimeter to test whether the fan is a breakdown. If it is, replaces the fan;

4. If there's no sound, you need to check whether the connecting wire between the Y1 board & mainboard is loose or broken, re-plug or replace the wire;
5. Replace the Y1 board.

Qx141 X-axis limit abnormal
1. Update the firmware
Your computer needs to be connected to the Internet
Open the laserbox software
Click the menu bar in the upper left corner, click "Help" in the drop-down menu, and then click "Check for updates."
2. Turn on the machine. Check if the motors are locked by manually moving the Laser Module in the X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis directions.
- If the XYZ axis does not lock, the mainboard needs to be replaced;
- If the XYZ axis is locked, it is proved that the motor has a power supply, then proceed to the next step;
3.Enter the debugging interface(for windows system is 'Ctrl+F1' or 'Ctrl+Fn+F1';for MacOS is 'Command+F1') and test the X axis separately. Click X+ and X- to check the X-axis movement on two directions;
1. If the X-axis can only move forward, there may be problems with the limiter. It is necessary to check whether the X-axis limit iron is in place and whether there is deformation. If there is, it is necessary to straighten it so that it can be aligned with the center of the photoelectric switch; Check whether the limiter is damaged: when the machine is on, put a small piece of paper inside the photoelectric switch to see if the light is normal if the light on limiter is not on, the limiter needs to be replaced;
