Troubleshoot XCS Error Code Qx01 0 for Laserbox

Issue Description

Error Code 'Qx01 0': Water Tank Temperature Too Low

The Qx01 0 error code indicates that the temperature of the water tank is too low. If you see a pop-up notification with this error code on XCS, please refer to the steps below to troubleshoot the issue.

#1 Check the Firmware Version

• Connect the machine with the software.
• Check if the firmware is the latest version (40.15.02.01.ht1).
• If not, contact customer support for advice.
• If yes, please move on to the next step.

#2 Check the Environmental Temperature

• The temperature of the working environment should be over 4℃ (39.20 ℉).
• If not, move the machine to somewhere higher in temperature.
• If yes, please move on to the next step.

#3 Check the Temperature Sensor Wiring

• Turn off the machine and refer to this video to remove the upper left cover.
• Unplug and replug the temperature sensor wire (circled in the picture below).
• Put the cover back and see if the issue is solved.
• If not, please move on to the next step.
