Features

1. Smart and Easy

Dual-Camera Space Positioning

The two 16MP cameras provide a real-time preview and bring down the precision error to only 0.3mm.

The panoramic camera: generate a full-view image of the working area in just 3 seconds.
The close-range camera: moves with the laser module to get a more accurate image anywhere it goes.

Material Auto-Passthrough

With the Conveyor Feeder accessory, the xTool P2 can have the material pass through under it while lasering, making it possible to work on large and long objects with accuracy and ease.

Curved Surface Engraving

The xTool P2 scans the material and generates a 3D model. By measuring the distance between the nodes on the net, it can adjust the focal length on the fly and engrave on an uneven surface.

Intelligent Batch Processing

The smart camera captures the shape of the materials. By using the XCS software, you can drag a design pattern onto one of the materials, and P2 can automatically match it to the rest.

Smart Status Indicator

With the status screen and the annular indicator, you can know everything you need about the machine's status: connection, water cooling system, work progress, etc.

2. Ultra Performance

55W is currently the highest power of desktop-grade intelligent CO2 laser machines. With the fastest speed of 600mm/s, it also allows users to work more efficiently. The higher absorption laser wavelength makes the xTool P2's cutting efficiency rise exponentially.

P2 can cut 18mm of black walnut and 20mm of acrylic in one pass.

Super-Large Working Area

The entire bed size: 640 * 330mm (25 * 13 inches)

Laser module working area: 609 * 308mm (24 * 12 inches)

Extra-High Engraving

P2 supports a max material height of 71mm. With the riser base, that number can be further increased to 215mm. You can easily engrave a high object like a suitcase.

Rotary Engraving

Support 4-in-1 rotary attachment-RA2 Pro, easily engrave Tumbler, mug, ball, ring, etc, 180mm max in diameter.

4. All-Around Protections

Excellent Closure

The entire P2 is airtight with a shade design on the top lid. The riser base accessory is also designed in line with the leakproof standard. No need to worry about any light or smoke leakage.

Physical Lid Lock

When the start processing button is pressed, the machine automatically locks the lid until the work is completed or paused. Even if there are children or pets around, it is safer to use.

Emergency Stop Switch

You can use the switch to immediately shut down the machine.

Hydraulic Lid Support

Dual hydraulic rods provide greater damping and offer 70° hovering of the lid.

5. Built-in Upgrades

Built-in Air Assist

The built-in air assist effectively blows away smoke and dust for better cutting and engraving results. It also keeps the laser module clean.

Built-in Exhaust Fan

The super airflow fan has a 145CFM exhaust volume and a 5000RPM speed. You can use P2 indoors without an extra air purifier.

Industrial Grade Slat Panel

The slat base panel reduces the impact of ablation and fuming on the backside of the material. Compared with honeycomb board, the slat panel is easier to remove and clean; further away from the base plate, more space for fume extraction.

More Secured Laser Tube

Fix the laser tube at the back of the machine instead of moving with a Y-axis gantry, which makes the laser tube more stable. More pearl cotton is added to protect the laser tube during transportation.
