Code Qx30 2: Water Level in the Water Tank Too Low
This means the liquid level in the water tank is lowered than required. The machine will stop mid-job and cannot start processing until the exception is solved. Please try the steps below:
-
Remove the upper rear cover and check if the water tank is fully filled.
-
Mix the antifreeze with water according to the local lowest temperature.
-
Add it to the tank to the required level. Put the cover back on and restart the machine.
Code Qx30 4: Water Tank Flows Too Low
This means the water flow rate is too low. The machine will stop mid-job and cannot start processing until the exception is solved. Please try the steps below:
-
Please check whether the proportion of the antifreeze is in the recommended scope. If not, you will have to re-mix the antifreeze as required, as the liquid density is too large.
-
Please make sure the antifreeze and the water are fully blended.
Code Qx17: Camera Not Found
This means the camera cannot be found. The machine won't stop mid-job for this exception. The error code will only show when there is no processing in progress. Please try the steps below:
