XCS Can't be Installed due to Mac Security Preferences

Issue Description

When you install XCS for Mac, you may see a prompt: "xTool Creative Space can't be opened because it was not downloaded from the App Store." If so, please follow the instructions below to install the app.

 

Solution

Change the Security Setting

1. Click on the OK button on the prompt.

2. Go to System Preference > Security & Privacy

 

 

3. Click on the lock to make changes.

4. Enter your Apple password to unlock the setting.

5. Click on Open Anyway.

6. Click on Open on the new prompt.
